Sellara was born inside real sales teams. After years of watching reps drown in admin and managers chase pipeline updates instead of coaching deals, we decided to build the platform we wished existed.
The Problem We Saw
After years of working inside sales organisations, the pattern was always the same. Reps juggling five tools to do one job. Managers chasing pipeline updates instead of coaching deals. AI tools that gave generic advice because they didn't know the product, the buyer, or the methodology.
CRM adoption was low because the tools weren't built for the people using them. Coaching was disconnected from the deals it was supposed to help. And the AI wave was producing shiny demos but not solving the actual daily problems of someone carrying a quota.
We decided to build the platform we wished existed.
Our Approach
We didn't build another CRM and bolt AI onto it. We started with the AI — the knowledge engine, the coaching system, the autonomous twin — and built the CRM around it. Every feature exists because it helps reps sell more and managers lead better.
