These Terms of Service govern your use of Sellara and any services or products offered by High Impact Group Pty Ltd (ABN 40 682 923 128), trading as Sellara. By accessing this site, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Sellara is an AI-powered sales intelligence and CRM platform that provides deal coaching, pipeline management, AI email drafting, voice-to-CRM, commission tracking, and related sales productivity tools. The Service is provided as a hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) application accessible via web browser.
Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and keeping your information accurate.
Sellara provides access to AI-powered coaching, an AI Twin agent, email drafting, deal analysis, and other intelligent features. These tools are designed to support sales execution, structured thinking, and decision quality.
AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated output.
Interactions with AI features may be logged to improve quality, functionality, and safety, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is never used to train AI models for other customers.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access to AI features where misuse is detected.
You retain all rights to the data you upload, enter, or generate through the Service ("Your Data"). We do not use Your Data to train AI models or improve services for other customers. We access Your Data only to provide the Service, maintain system integrity, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. We provide data export functionality to assist with this.
By using the Service, you agree you will not:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Free trials do not require a credit card and convert to the selected plan at the end of the trial period only if payment details are provided.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before your next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day refund window from date of purchase, provided the platform has not been substantially accessed. Refunds may be granted if:
Refunds will not be issued for subscription cancellations requested after the 30-day window. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by High Impact Group Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any materials without written consent.
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content and AI-generated output is provided "as is". We make no representations or guarantees about specific results, including sales performance, revenue impact, or business outcomes. You are responsible for how you apply the tools, coaching, and AI guidance provided by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your use of the Service, including indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. This includes outcomes from using AI coaching or other platform features. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Impact Group Pty Ltd from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal costs resulting from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days following termination.
We use third-party tools for payment, analytics, and platform performance. We are not responsible for content or practices of external websites linked from our platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Queensland.
We are not liable for disruptions, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including cyberattacks, outages, pandemics, or natural disasters.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
